OpenGL32: Unreal Tournament fails to initialize its OpenGL render module when VMware ICD driver is installed.

    Description

      This occurrs when the VMWare ICD driver is installed.

      When Unreal Tournament is configured to use the OpenGL renderer, it fails to initialize the OpenGL ICD driver and exit with an error.

      A debuglog is provided, along with a log of the game itself, and a log of the same game running in a XP installation. Also, a few screenshots of the error.
