Description
Many dialog boxes are placed on the desktop with only a portion visible even though they can fit on the desktop. The OK, Cancel, and Apply buttons at the bottom of a dialog box are often hidden behind the taskbar. Sometimes even more of the dialog box is positioned out of sight.
To reproduce an example: Install ReactOS with bootcd-65847-dbg. Choose Start > Settings > Taskbar and Start Menu. The dialog box named Properties of Taskbar and Start Menu will appear. However, it is drawn so low on the desktop that half of it cannot be seen. To see the bottom half of the dialog, the user must reposition it on the desktop.
