PATCH: Ctrl-Esc does not work

    Description

      I've just installed ros from the r19122.iso on qemu 0.7.2.

      The mouse in qemu does not work for me (different story).

      So I made my way through the setup using the keyboard.

      In the final install, I hoped to get to the Start-menu using Ctrl-Esc.

      The only keyboard combo, that seems to do anything at all is Alt-F4, which asks
      me about shutdown. (which does not shutdown either).
