ReactOS doesn't support Mnemonic keysequences

The registry editor has mnemonics for the items of the menubar. Mnemonics are
displayed by underscored letters.
For example the "Edit" menu has mnemonic 'E' and the "View" menu has mnemonic 'V'.
Pressing the keysequence Alt-E should open the Edit menu and pressing Alt-V
should open the View menu. But this does not work.
Since entering and modifying values is much keybord oriented this would be the
efficient way to do it. Beeing forced to switch to the mouse and back to the
keyboard is less efficient.
