Description
During the January 8th ReactOS developer meeting, we decided on several PR's we want to have merged for the release, as well as other goals. This epic is set up to track these goals.
Notes:
- We do NOT plan to wait for the new ROSBE release for 0.4.16.
- We plan to branch 0.4.16 off the master branch on
January 22nd, 2026January 31st, 2026. - The target version to merge the new ATA driver has been moved to 0.4.17
