Switching to fullscreen via F11 in Opera 12.18 leaves the taskbar visible

    Description

      observed in 0.4.12-RC-39-g27da885 gcc dbg linux
      VBox 4.3.12 + VBEMP, 800x600 desktop resolution 32bpp
      against Opera 12.18 from rapps.

      Observed result
      The taskbar is not hidden when pressing F11 to switch Opera 12.18 into fullscreen
      The only thing that gets logged upon pressing F11 is

      WARNING:  NtUserLockWindowUpdate at win32ss/user/ntuser/ntstubs.c:950 is UNIMPLEMENTED!

      Expected result
      when executed in XPSP3 the taskbar is properly hidden when pressing F11.

      I am pretty sure, that this did never work in earlier ros revisions.
