    Description

      Steps to reprocude:

      • Start either BootCD or LiveCD
      • Open Device Manager
      • Expected: "Other Devices" category is here with unknown devices
      • Observed: It's missing

      This is a regression, started happening after hpoussin's commit 0.4.15-dev-2269-g0f3133c attempting to fix CORE-17529.
