Steps to reproduce:
- Boot ReactOS (either bootcd or livecd)
- Open Device Manager
- Select any unknown device and open its properties (e.g. audio controller)
Expected: ability to (re)install the driver
Observed: only "Troubleshoot" button is here
Still happens on latest master, tested with 0.4.15-dev-2265-gbebdfda.
