Live CD: Other Devices category is missing in Device Manager

    Description

      Basically a clone of ticket CORE-17541, but regressed later after fix.

      Steps to reprocude:

      • Start Live CD
      • Open Device Manager
      • Expected: "Other Devices" category is here with unknown devices
      • Observed: It's missing

      This is a regression, started happening after ekohl's commit 0.4.15-dev-2354-g9e947e2b2b attempting to fix CORE-17527.
