Reinstall Driver button is missing in General tab for unknown devices with Device Manager

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Boot ReactOS (either bootcd or livecd)
      • Open Device Manager
      • Select any unknown device and open its properties (e.g. audio controller)
        • Expected: ability to (re)install the driver
        • Observed: only "Troubleshoot" button is here
