    Description

Unfortunately it seems as if 0.4.15-dev-6587-g2b14056
triggers a few unintentional and apprearingly random reboots now and then in varying modules:
      https://reactos.org/testman/compare.php?ids=89383,89387
      https://reactos.org/testman/compare.php?ids=89384,89388

The bots remain green, but it obviously started by the linked commit. Not sure, whether it is guilty or just an unhider.

We saw it happening also when running the bots against the linked PR already, but it seems to happen more often than anticipated, and also does not seem to be limited to winhttp:winhttp.

      Expected result
The testbots should write out exactly 2 reboots, and no random number that is higher than that. We had this desireable state consistently for many months before the commit that we identfied as the guilty/unhider

      Observed result
since the linked commit the reboots are often larger than the 2 "normal reboots". The symptom and the test that triggers those reboots is random though! So it is impossible to give any better definition-of-done than reboot-count == 2
