Bold font rendering issue in Battle for Wesnoth 1.10.7 and 1.12.6

    Description

      The bold font used in Wesnoth for unit names/scenario names/some other things is rendered incorrectly. 

      There is a Wiki screenshot how it used to work on ReactOS 0.3.17 according to the description https://reactos.org/wiki/File:Wesnoth2.png


      The same screenshot in Wesnoth 1.12.6 (roughly the same, just one minor version up, but old 1.10.7 exhibits the same behaviour) on the most recent nightly:
