Translate file/patch

Created an attachment (id=2949)
Translate file patch of a part of files.

I have make a new patch with 5 files.

I have for some days ago make a update of dll/win32/syssetup/lang/no-NO.rc

Translate:

I dont know why this was not added or the software will work/start with change the name, but this change will be more correct compare the norwegian windows operatingsystem.
